In Christianity, God’s care and love is infinite: “The Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness” (Exodus 34:6).[1] The Lord’s grace and love for you is limitless, as Ephesians 3:20 reiterates, “Now to him [God] who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”[2] Despite our sins, God loves us, and that kindness is one of His greatest blessings—He gives you everything you need to thrive.[3] To believe in the Lord is to believe in His goodness and be “blessed beyond measure.”

As John 1:16 states, “Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.”[7] The Lord’s grace or forgiveness is a blessing upon itself, but it’s not the only goodness He provides. Take a look at Psalm 31:19: “How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.”[8] The goodness of the Lord is reflected in everything He represents; therefore, the goodness and blessings in you are due to your belief in Him. By following God’s commands and experiencing the beauty of the world He created for you, you’re “blessed beyond measure.” This might look like:
