While TikTok will automatically delete stories after 24 hours, sometimes you need to get rid of them sooner. Open your TikTok profile.
Tap on your profile picture to bring up your story.
Tap the arrow button in the bottom-right corner.
Tap the Delete button (and tap Delete again to confirm).

Select Delete. It's the trash can icon located in the bottom row. A pop-up will appear asking if you really want to delete your story; click Delete to finish the deletion process.
