Do you want to delete your Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account? Moonton now allows players to apply to have their accounts deleted. You will need to meet the conditions for account cancellation and go through a 30-day cool-off period before your account is fully deleted. You can also create a new account on another device and bind it to Facebook, Google, or TikTok. You can switch accounts on the same device. This wikiHow teaches you how to delete and unbind your Mobile Legends account, as well as start a new game and switch accounts.

Quickly Cancel Your MLBB Account

In the app, go to Account > Account Center > Cancel Account. Agree to the cancellation conditions and log in if needed. Select "I have confirmed” for all provisions and tap Confirm and Cancel. Wait through the 30-day cool-off period.

  1. Go to play.mobilelegends.com/tools/deleteaccount in a web browser. Alternatively, in the app, tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner to open the menu, then tap Account > Account Center > Cancel Account.
  2. Your account must meet certain conditions to be eligible for cancellation. Read through the account cancellation conditions and click the radio option next to “I have carefully read and met the conditions for account cancellation,” at the bottom, and then click Next. The conditions are as follows:[1]
    • You must legally own your account and be logged in yourself.
    • You comply with the provisions on game accounts in the end-user agreement.
    • Your account is in a normal-use state.
    • Your account is not in danger of being blocked or stolen.
    • You have not been banned or had your records frozen in the past 14 days.
    • You have not had any major account changes, such as a password change, device change, or account switching, in the last 14 days.
    • There are no outstanding refunds on your account.
    • All your in-game property (i.e., items, tickets, diamonds, battle points, subscription benefits, etc) will be forfeited if they are not settled or handled properly.
    • Your account has no outstanding orders, such as diamond recharges, bundles, or subscriptions.
    • Your account does not have any social relationships, such as squad or group memberships, or an apprentice or mentor relationship.
    • Your account has no disputes. This includes filling a report, or being reported on, ongoing investigations, litigation, arbitration, or any other disputes.

  3. Read through the agreement and click the radio option next to “I have carefully read and agree to the account cancellation agreement” at the bottom, and then click Next.
    • In short, the account agreement basically says that your account cannot be recovered once it is deleted. You will not be able to access or retrieve any personal account information or character information. Any in-game property that is tied to your account will be forfeited, and you will not receive compensation for any in-game property.
  4. If you logged into your account via Facebook, Google, TikTok, or VK, click or tap the correct option, then log in to the account associated with your Mobile Legends account. Click or tap Continue once you are logged in.
    • If you have multiple accounts associated with your account, you will need to select the account you want to delete and tap Next.
  5. Read through each of the provisions and click the radio option next to “I have confirmed” below each one. It’s basically the same stuff you already agreed on the first page. Then click Confirm to Cancel at the bottom.
    • After you confirm, Moonton will review your cancellation request and determine if you meet the conditions for cancellation.
    • After your request is approved, your account will go into a 30-day cool-off period. Your account will not be deleted during this time. You can cancel the cancellation request during the cool-off period. [2]
    • Do not log in during the account cancellation cool-off period. If you do, the cancellation request will be canceled.
    • If you want to create a new account, you will have to wait until your account is fully deleted after the cool-off period. Then, when you try to log in using the same device, you will be asked to create a new account.

Creating and Switching Accounts

  1. If you have put in a request to have your account cancelled, you will need to wait out the 30-day cool-off period before creating a new account. If you try to log in before that time is up, you may cancel the cancellation request. After the cool-off period, you will be asked to create a new account when logging in from the same device.
  2. If you don’t want to delete your account (or wait out the 30-day cool-off period), you can create another account by logging in on a different device that doesn’t already have an MLBB account associated with it. This can be an old phone or a friend’s phone. When you open the app on this device, you will be given the option to sign up for a new account.
    • Alternatively, you can use BlueStacks to install Mobile Legends on your Windows computer.
  3. In order to switch accounts on a single device, you will need to bind your account to a third-party account, such as Google, Facebook, or TikTok. If your other account is bound to all three services, you will need to unbind your account from one or more services. Use the following steps to bind your account:
    • Tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
    • Tap Account.
    • Tap Google, Facebook, or TikTok.
      • Tap an option that your other account is not bound to.
    • Sign in to your Google, Facebook, or TikTok account.
  4. If you want to switch your account, you can do so on any device. Use the following steps to do so:
    • Tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
    • Tap Account.
    • Tap Switch Account.
    • Tap Switch Account (if prompted).
    • Tap a third-party account that your other account is bound to.
    • Log in to that account.

If I format my phone, will my mobile legend not be deleted if I bind it to Google Play?

    Community Answer
All of your progress should be saved to your Google Play account. You should get your progress back when you log in with Google the next time you install the game. However, all the progress you made before you logged in with Google will be lost.
