   Open Viber on your Android. It’s the purple icon with a phone receiver icon. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

   Tap ☰. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.

   Tap Exit. It’s at the bottom of the menu. A confirmation message will appear.

   Tap OK. You are now signed out of Viber.

  Perhaps your account is blocked. If you already sent access code requests more than three times, Viber will deactivate your current account. If that's the case, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Viber application and try to create a new account.
