My restrictions function disappeared from the general settings on my iPhone. How do I find it?

On iOS 12, "Restrictions" is now "Screen Time." Go to Settings > Screen Time, enter your Restrictions (Screen Time) passcode, then choose "Turn off Screen Time Passcode."

You will not lose your photos if you have iCloud (or any other cloud storage like Dropbox or Google Photos) set to automatically back up your photos. You will lose any photos or videos that are located only on your phone, that aren't backed up with cloud storage.
