    Try disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome. Open the Chrome Settings (in the menu) and click "Show advanced settings." Remove the check next to "Use hardware acceleration" and then try again.

    Press the "esc" button, which is short for "escape". It is at the very top left of your keyboard. If it still doesn't work, press the "Log On/Off" button. It is usually located at the very top right of your keyboard. This restarts the computer and usually makes everything back to normal (e.g. if the computer wasn't responding).
