Community AnswerIt could mean something, but it could mean nothing. I kept my engagement ring for years before selling it. I also recently dated a man who hated his ex, but, had still kept the rings. Perhaps sentiment? Or, perhaps it just doesn't mean anything to him, so he sees no reason to get rid of it. But, if it bothers you, and you want him to get rid of it, you should ask him.
