If you want to view your search history to delete or manage certain websites, you can easily do so by navigating to your browser's History settings. Check Your Browsing History

Locate your browser’s “History” settings to find your search history. On an iPhone, the History tab is found by selecting the book icon in the Safari app. After viewing your browser history, you can delete specific sites or delete all browsing history within a certain timeframe.

You can't. Once it is deleted, you cannot get it back unless you have a special type of program that saves the internet browser history. Some routers do show a log history, depending on your provider.
